Complex Function Plotter: Polar Domain Integral Estimator

In this integral estimator, we calculate a Riemann sum with \(N\) steps along the straight line path from \(a\) to every point \(x+yi\) in the plane,
then plot that resulting sum as a color for \(F(x+yi)\)

Because the estimator uses a fixed number of steps to each point, accuracy decreases as distance from \(a\) increases
